    I’m a Nurse Psychotherapist offering online therapy sessions for adults across Ontario. My areas of focus include:

    • Adult ADHD and late diagnosis

    • Anxiety and depression

    • Burnout, compassion fatigue, and general overwhelm

    • Support for solo parents, the Queer community, and frontline health and social service workers

    My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive principles. Guided by dignity, recovery, harm reduction, and non-judgment, I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve mental wellness with the right tools and support.

    My Experience and Credentials

    With a rich background in mental health and nursing, I bring over a decade of experience working with the most vulnerable populations in Toronto. From streets to shelters, I’ve supported individuals living with complex mental illnesses and substance use challenges. My journey into psychotherapy was a natural progression, as I witnessed how mental health support could transform lives.

    Outside of my professional roles, I enjoy parenting my energetic kid, gardening, building community, and starting (but not always finishing) DIY projects. Staying connected to what brings me joy helps me bring my best self to every session.
